Shelling of Kherson on Christmas Eve

On 24 December, Kherson was targeted by a series of shellings which, verified by CIR investigators, resulted in the at least 11 civilian casualties, of which four were killed. Damage was recorded at the 'Tsum' shopping centre and near to the city's central market. Nearby commercial and residential buildings were also damaged and several cars were set alight.
