On 27 June, two Russian rockets were fired at Kremenchuk. CCTV captured the impact of one of the rockets hitting a shopping mall. Thousands of civilians were inside when the missile impacted and a fire broke out. At least 20 people were reportedly killed and a further 60 injured. The target of the attack was likely surrounding infrastructure, however given the innacuracy of the Kh-22 missile and disregard for collateral, many civillians perished.
