Shelling of a civilian convoy near Kupyansk

26 civillians, including a pregnant woman and 13 children were killed in an attack on a civillian convoy evacuating Kupyansk. They were attacked at close range. Kharkiv Governor, Oleg Synegubov stated on Telegram that “Russians fired on the civilians at close range. [They] attacked civilians who tried to escape the shelling. This is cruelty that has no justification.”
