Deputy head of the Kherson military–civilian administration dies

On 9 November 2022, Deputy head of the Kherson military–civilian administration, Kyrylo Stremousov, was killed in what appears to be a car crash. Analysis by CIR investigators suggested that although bullet holes are present on the side of the car, this happened up to a week after the event.
