Russian rocket strikes a residential area in Mykolaiv

A chapel within a residential neighbourhood in Mykolaiv was targetd by a Russian rocket attack. Two civillians were killed in the strike and a further two civilians were injured. An investigation by CIR verified the use of cluster munitions, which have been used by Russian forces on civillian populations throughout their invasion of Ukraine.
