Investigation reveals systematic targeting of Ukrainian energy infrastructure

Following the Kerch Bridge explosion and days after General Sergey Surovikin took charge of the Russian Armed Forces, a massive drone and missle strike began targeting Ukrainian infrastructre across the country in Kyiv, Lviv, Ternopil, Zhytomyr, Dnipro, Kremenchuk, Zaporizhzhia and Kharkiv. This marked the beginning of Russia's systematic targetting of civillian and energy infrastructure that continues to this day.
