On 24 October, 46 people were reportedly killed in an attack at St Rufael’s Orthodox Church in Chole, Sherka Woreda, in Ethiopia’s Oromia region. Many of those killed were apparently followers of the Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo Church. CIR has analysed footage to verify what happened.
