Myanmar Witness has documented 170 reported landmine and ERW incidents across 12 regions and states between April 2025 and March 2026. Landmines and other types of explosive remnants of war (ERW) continue to affect civilians across Myanmar, not only in areas of conflict but also elsewhere in everyday life.
