Russian forces start large offensive in Eastern Ukraine

A large scale offensive began in Eastern Ukraine focusing on the Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts with units newly deployed including those withdrawn from northeastern Ukraine. Multiple satellite images geolocated by CIR confirmed Russian military build-up at the Kherson airbase, close to Ukraine's border near Dubrovka and Biriuch in Russia, and moving south through Velykyi Burluk.
